i hate being on the phone with customer service!
first, they put you on hold for an eternity while making you listen to endless ambience music which irritates me to no end.
second, when you finally get through, they speak to you for what seems like a minute, while you have probably been on hold more than 5 minutes
third, they probably can't solve your problem anyway.
okay, i'm supposed to be at home today to receive jie's parcel. somehow the delivery person came before i woke up at 10. then i call to arrange a redelivery, and i can't find a tracking number. hello it's not my fault that you guys failed to put the consignment number! i spoke to four customer service officers and sent 2 returned emails before someone had the good sense to connect me to someone who must have met alot of this kind of shit cos she knew better than to ask me for the (non existent) tracking number and asked me for name instead.
okay so now i still can't go out cos i have to wait for them to redeliver. at least i know the parcel's gna come before sis gets home. well, better than sis getting pissed off cos i failed to receive her parcel AGAIN.
zzzz how exasperating is this! i'm turning into the telephone messager/ parcel receiver.
okay end of rant.feels much better now.
& all along, its only what I thought.
