Today is a good day! :D
let's start from the beginning..
#1 i reached school early! reached clementi mrt at 9am and central forum at 9.30! was so early seowhwee did a double take when she happened to exit the toilet i was entering. sh gave me a last minute prep on lecture 5 (which i missed cos i was rushing my sc essay a couple weeks ago and i'm quite clueless about). an one question came out in the test hahaha.
#2 the midterms was funny, it was 20 mcq questions in one hour. we can leave if we finish before 30 minutes but afterwards, have to wait until the end of the exam then leave.
we started at 10.11, and by 10.21, i finished the whole paper except for a few questions which i was unconfirmed. at 10.20, a few people started to walk to their tutor to hand in their scripts. and once a few people started to hand in, other people streamed down to hand in. it was like some market atmosphere. SUPER FUNNY. i started sniggering and jael caught me at it and all 3 of us sniggered cos we were trying not to laugh at the funniness of it all.
alright, so the test was a giveaway marks kind of thing. we realised the weightage for this test is even lower than our essay's. HAHAHA and to think i was so stressed out about it. but good to be stressed out, cos if you don't study, it's not a tikam-able kind of exam. need to memorise the sanskrit terms and names of people and historical periods, so cannot pass with general knowledge! i hope i do well for this >.<
#3 met jie for lunch! hehe introduced her to the deck. thanks for lunch jie :D:D had fun intro-ing her around school! super fun to spend time with her in the middle of the weekday cos it's a once in a blue moon thing!
#4 went for lect and hiyati was on time! hahaha she bought kettle chips so we snacked in lecture! honey dijon kettle chips :D:D:D
#5 zao-ed after lect and reached home at 5.15! so earlyyyyy! no band today so it's a rare friday night off!
#6 went jogging cos i got home so early. (this is funny ^^) i was jogging awhile then i got tired so i plunked myself on the middle of a bench to fiddle with my itouch. then some guy in a bike suddenly stopped in front of me and plonked himself onto the bench. i scooted over the the other end of the bench and i was thinking, "why this guy so weird, got another bench next to me what!"
...
few seconds later
..
guy waves hand in my face. "OIE KW! you don't recognise me ah!"
hahhahahaha i gave my best blur look to the stranger and turned. "PETERRRRRR! whatareyoudoinghere!"
truly an LOL moment.
haha so we sat for awhile to chat then we walked back to my side. (i scared of falling off bike). had a good long chat updating about people and chatting about old times. 2/4 spirit lives on :D makes me miss anderson sec life ttm! those were awesome crazy times man. it's so good to hear how everyone is doing, how much we have all grown since those innocent wide-eyed thirteen-year-old days.
talked quite a bit about JC too, i miss jc days too! :D it's funny how quickly one year has passed, it seems as though i've just had As yesterday and now it's one year on. 365 days isn't really that long when you come to think of it!

#7 reached home for dinner slightly late cos i met peter on the way. cousins and aunts already reached home! we had a surprise for ww jiejie! :D
this is also quite funny!
we were chatting over dinner about birthdays cos it's my sis's next week. then i just happened to turn to ww jiejie and ask casually, "wwjj, anyway i realised i don't know when's you're birthday. so when is it ah?"
wwjj: "today."
me: -shocked- TODAY???
ahyi: "hurry up wish her happy birthday!"
me: "HUH??"
wwjj: -laugh hilariously- okok la it's dec.
me: -motified- and whole table laughs
*see this is the thing about being the youngest cousin.
while clearing the dishes..
mum: "yun ah, we have a cake inside the fridge for wwjj, later take out kay"
me:" "HUH?! so it's really her birthday?" -rolls eyes-
so we waited for everyone to leave the kitchen while we cleaned up. mum took out the cake and the plan was for me to light it, run out to the living room to switch off all the lights, then mum appear with cake.
what happen was: i lighted up the candle, run out, mum walk out with the cake, halfway into the living room.. then whoosh. the fan happily blew out the candle flame. i was all prepared at the switches -.- HAHA. a flurry of hand signals and the two of us slipped back into the kitchen unnoticed.
TAKE 2. change of plans, i went to light up and bring out the cake while mum was in charge of lights. i crept up on ww jj and the lights went off. one. by one. HAHAHAHA hilarious.
wwjj was surprised by the cake cos she didn't know we knew (okay actually i didn't.) all thanks to my mum's super memory for dates and people, she remembered in the middle of cooking and got the other coz to buy cake.
laughs! happpy birthdayyyyy :)
okay so that's s-e-v-e-n happy things for today! seven is a nice and perfect number :)
and i thank god for the lord's grace and faithfulness <3 in good times and bad!
& all along, its only what I thought.
