today amb had farewell party.
it was great being back and getting to enjoy their performances, which was really very funny (and LAME).
it's funny looking at how much all the little juniors have grown up to be sensible and (most of the time >.<) responsible people.
enjoyed listening to the sec 4s talking too :)
it reminds me very much of why i loved band in the first place, it's the sense of family-ness you get.
even as we try to avoid the long long band pracs and all the running we have to do. it's difficult to explain, i guess you won't really get it unless you have experienced it on your own..
okay, so anyway, i left halfway during the farewell party to find zw and lisa at lisa's house. thanks very much for waiting for me! i know i'm always late (i'll TRY to change >.<)
and they were baking cookies! so after that we went to take the shuttle bus to christine's house.
we had a 2/4 bbq. not all people were there, and some ppl didn't know. oh well, it's always difficult to get the whole class together.
i had fun! was my first time playing table tennis and it was fun! played a lame SADISTIC game of bloody knuckle, xinru's idea. sorry to disappoint, my knuckle's too fleshy! won't be bloody and it doesn't even hurt cos it's like baby hand. hahahaha :D
it was great seeing the 2/4 people again cos i don't see them all often. seen people like viting, shamini, niithya and vernon whom i haven't spoke to for pretty long. we should have gatherings once in a while :)
we had a 2/4 track event! haha it was stupid, really. we were at the traffic light and we saw the bus 86 coming, so we were waving to the uncle. then the uncle asked us to run to the next bus stop. so we RAN. all 10 plus of us. the nice bus uncle waited for us. and the funniest thing was? xinru told us the wrong side of the road! so by the time we found out, we were about 3 or 4 stops away. AND xinru was already AT HOME. fine, she stays near by.
seriously, i think this is xinru's April Fool's joke to us in advance. YA, HAPPY BOXING DAY right? hahahaha. walked home with nithya, it was good talking to her after so long. i haven't even walked home with her since sec 1! and we live pretty slose to each other :)
today was a good day, and i'm still on a sugar rush!! so i still feel like bouncing off the walls :DD
OHHH! i was supposed to go on the Singapore Flyer tnl night with mum and sis. and now with the incident, cannot go anymore! i'm SAD :(( i hope we can refund the ticket! i want to go another time. i don't mind being stuck up there for 5 hours, if i have food and water and i'm not screaming for the toilet AND i'm with people i like. oh, and of course, if i'm not in any danger of the flyer crashing down or something :O
hahaha i want to go popeyes!
last thing, i just checked schoolbuzz and i saw our timetable! it's not as good as thing year but it's not that bad too.. at least we don't end at 6pm!
