so well.. my sis is leaving tml morning for hongkong, where she'll be having fun shopping and going to dinseyland, before travelling to dong guan, china via shenzhen, where she be working and slogging for guts out for the next 5 months.ah.i'm sad she's leaving, you know. even though she's the one person who made me cry the most, the one person who hit me so much, and the only one whom i'll quarrel with and not talk to for days. [actually, come to think of it, not really, cos we usually talk cordially 24 hours follwing our quarrel.]hey, it's kinda weird not having her around for my prelims, her birthday, my olevels, my prom, christmas, new year day and the release of my olevels results. afterall, when you've spent 16 years of your life sharing the same room with someone, breathing in the same air and irritating them to no end, you'll feel different when they're not around.like something's missing.still, this is a great experience for her, and it'll reflect well for her next job with this overseas attachment thing.wait, i haven't explained yet, before i confuse you further.my sis, at age 18+++, is studying at ngee ann poly, diploma in quality control and engineering [don't ask me what's that]. she's on her third year now, and she is on overseas attachment to china, somewhere in that gigantic country. she's attached to a singapore-based company in some industrial city with plenty of factories. nope, no beijing or shanghai where i suppose there's decent shopping. it's somewhere i haven't heard of before, so i doubt you'll hear of it either.she's leaving on a 6.30 plane tml morning, so i'll be going to see her off at the airport sometime around 4 plus am.i just hope i'll be awake for tml chinese prelim. at least awake enough to squeeze out a decent compo, letter/speech and understand the passage. for my sis, i hope she'll take good care of herself and not commit any major mistake while working. also, that she'll keep alive, keep in contact with use often, and not throw singapore's face. lastly , that she'll learn not to starve and eat whatever food they give her over there, [unlikely, she's as picky as i am about food, not get robbed or lose her passport/IC, and that she'll be a considerate roommate and not treat them the way she treats me [switch off the light when i want to sleep, not blast music in the middle of the night or talk loudly on the phone at 3am in the morning].that sums it out in a nutshell. if i have to type everything i want to say, it'll be even worse than reading chinese half awake.haha, not funny.have fun, jie.don't worry, i'll miss you.love,-the-one-who shall-miss-her-Labels: goodbye
& all along, its only what I thought.
